Paint Your Wagon RV Park Rules

Exhibit A:

The following rules establish high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality of living for all guests with a common sense and tolerant approach. Your compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant environment for all while ensuring your continued stay at Paint Your Wagon RV Park.

Code of Conduct:

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am.
Speed limit is 5 mph.
Please be courteous to other guests around you and do not walk or drive through other sites.
Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
Violence, Aggression, or inconsideration towards other guests or park personnel will not be tolerated.
Smokers, please dispose of trash & butts in appropriate receptacle.
Possession or use of illegal drugs anywhere is prohibited.
Any response by law enforcement to the park for any reason of criminal/ civil nature will be an immediate order to vacate the park.
NO OPEN CARRY FIREARMS. Pursuant to Section 30.07, Texas Penal Code (Trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (Handgun licensing Law), may NOT enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly. All other firearms are not to be displayed and/or discharged in the RV park.
Fireworks are prohibited in the RV Park unless permission is given by management.
Call 911 in the event of an emergency. When time allows, notify park management.
Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children and financially responsible for any damage incurred by their children.
Guests are responsible for all visiting guest's behavior and compliance with park rules.
Surveillance cameras are placed to deter unwanted behavior & potential information for criminal behavior. Guests should exercise common sense in protecting themselves and their valuables. These devices do not guarantee personal safety or protection. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Information from these devices can be obtained from management in the event of an incident.

Rates & Utilities

Weekly & Monthly charges covers electric, water, sewer, trash, and Wi-Fi.
Payment is due by the 5th of each month. You will receive an invoice on the lst of each month by email. Checks Payable to: Paint Your Wagon Park deposited in drop box at office or pay online through the electronic invoice. Cash is accepted through the drop box.
Guests have until the 5th to dispute any discrepancies on their invoice.
A late fee of $25.00 will be added plus $10.00 per day past the due date.
No partial payments will be accepted.
Refunds for early departures, including deposits, will be at the discretion of park management upon determination by - lot condition, unpaid charges, & reason of departure.
Trash pickup is on Wednesdays. Trash must be kept in a container if left outside until pick up. All trash must be properly secured. All trash must be placed in the dumpsters
not on or around them. No bulk items larger than the dumpster opening are to be placed in the dumpsters.
Paint Your Wagon RV Park has a private septic system that cannot accommodate foreign objects. Only human waste & RV toilet paper may be flushed. Any violation of the same causing septic issues, backups, & blockages can be traced to specific sites and will be at the guest expense to repair. No other paper products including flushable wipes, paper towels, or feminine products, and cigarettes. Grease, fats, diapers, cat litter, hazardous substances included.
Water pressure at the spigot is 77 psi. RV's that are not able to accommodate such pressure must use a water pressure regulator to avoid damage.
Wi-Fi password can be retrieved by management.

Site Use & Vehicles:

All guests are responsible for maintaining a tidy and debris-free site. Management has sole discretion to determine if any site becomes cluttered or unsightly and guests must immediately rectify any notice of the same by management.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any RV based upon its condition (Leaks, extensive frame/ body damage, irreparable utility systems.)
Decks are allowed with written permission of design, size, & material. A $150.00 deposit will be required.
(Painted/ Sealed/ stained, No Sub-surface Anchors, & built in workman manner)
All additional construction or altering of the site in any way must be given written approval from management.
Operating a commercial business from your site is prohibited.
Subletting or transfer of site occupancy for any reason is prohibited.
All visiting guests - beyond 7 days of stay, must submit an application.
Management reserves the right to restrict the number of people based on the size of the
RV unit.
Upon vacating the site, guests are responsible to return the site in the same condition as provided upon move-in.
Guests will be responsible to pay for any damage to utility hook-ups, site, or other community property.
(1) habitable vehicle - RV, & (2) non-habitual vehicles allowed per site unless written permission given by management.
Anyone operating a motorized vehicle / equipment must have a valid driver's license.
All vehicular noise kept to a minimum.

Pet Policy

No Aggressive pets allowed. Noisy, vicious, or unruly / aggressive pets must be removed, or guests will be asked to leave.
Paint Your Wagon is not responsible for any animal behavior and will hold pet owner accountable.
Any stray animals need to be reported to management.
Number of animals per site will be approved by management.

All dogs must be accompanied by the owner on a leash outside of assigned lot.
Guests are responsible for immediate clean up after their pet on the park.

Amenities

Laundry Room is for Paint Your Wagon Guest & Visiting Guest only.
The washing machines & dryers are not commercial, Therefore, comforters, blankets, rugs, pet bedding, etc, are prohibited.
Guests shall clean up after their use of the facility.
No dyes or bleach are to be used.
Management is not responsible for damage or losses to laundry.
Guests need to be respectful & cognizant of their load cycles and move laundry promptly for other guests.
Equipment or facility damage or failure needs to be communicated to management.
Storage is available to guests for an additional charge upon availability.

Paint Your Wagon RV Park is a privately owned park. Management reserves the right to refuse services, require guest and/ or visiting guests to vacate the premise, or deny access to anyone under any circumstances it deems necessary. There are no refunds if guests are required to leave. Paint Your Wagon RV Park reserves the right to update park rules as needed and guests agree to abide by future updates by acceptance below.
